How do I use it? The Calmvera is a heated massage wrap designed to fit comfortably around your hips. Simply plug it into a standard wall outlet, use the built-in remote control to select your preferred heat and massage settings, and let it go to work. It's perfect for relieving tension, soreness, and discomfort during those tough days.

What is your return policy? We accept returns under two conditions: if the product has never been used and is in its original packaging, or if the product arrived damaged. To start a return, please contact us by email.

Does it need batteries? No! The Calmvera plugs directly into a standard wall outlet and is fully controlled with the built-in remote — no batteries required.

Does it need to be charged? No charging necessary. As long as it's plugged into a wall outlet, it's ready to use. There's no battery to die or run out.

How do I clean it? The Calmvera does not require regular washing. If it gets dirty, gently wipe it with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge it in water or put it in a washing machine, as this could damage the internal heating and massage components.

What comes in the box? Your order includes the heated massage wrap, the power cord, the built-in remote control, and a user guide.

Is it safe to fall asleep while using it? We recommend not falling asleep while using the wrap. Most sessions of 15–30 minutes are enough to feel relief. Always unplug the device when not in use.

Can anyone use it? The Calmvera is designed for general use, but if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use a pacemaker, please consult your doctor before use.
