Our 30-Day Return Guarantee We want you to love your Calmvera experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return: — The item must be unused and in its original condition — The item must be in its original packaging — The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective we sincerely apologize. We will automatically accept a full refund or send you a free replacement — whichever you prefer. Simply contact us at calmvera-inquiry@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage. We will take care of it immediately, no questions asked.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations: — The product has been used — The product was damaged by the customer after delivery — The return is requested after 30 days of delivery

We take hygiene and product safety seriously and cannot accept used items under any circumstances.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at calmvera-inquiry@outllok.com with your order number and reason for return 
  2. We will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item and prefer an exchange over a refund we will ship your replacement free of charge as soon as your claim is approved.
